The OBGMs are a Black-fronted punk band from Toronto, Canada, and one of the most electrifying live acts in modern rock. Known for their explosive performances and fearless energy, they’ve become a defining force in the new wave of punk — loud, anthemic, and unapologetically themselves.

Their album Sorry, It’s Over, a brutally honest reflection on therapy, heartbreak, and self-growth, earned The OBGMs their second Polaris Music Prize Short List nomination, cementing their place among Canada’s most vital voices. The record turns personal struggle into stadium-sized catharsis — every scream, riff, and lyric a step toward closure.

Fronted by Densil “Denz” McFarlane, alongside Colanthony “Cola” Humphrey, Simon Outhit, and Joseph Brosnan, the band channels chaos into clarity, standing shoulder to shoulder with artists like Turnstile, IDLES, and PUP while carving out a sound that’s distinctly their own.

Commanding the stage with explosive intensity, MIDNIGHT PEG’s scorching take on punk rock demands attention. Featuring veterans of amiskwacîwâskahikan/ Edmonton’s vibrant music scene, this powerhouse is as well-versed in melodic post-hardcore as they are in avant-garde post-punk, delivering a passion for their craft that is contagious.

Their self-released debut, Horn Colic fuses the subversive aggression of Queercore and Riot Grrrl movements with heartfelt post-hardcore of the decade that followed. Released in October 2025 on Thousand Islands Records, Midnight Peg’s highly anticipated sophomore album Skinning is somehow louder, sharper and scuzzier, packing a ton of heart. Full of both intent and misdirection, Skinning levels up in ferocity while embracing the band’s more noisy experimental and atmospheric sensibilities.

Known for their genre-bending, climactic performances, Midnight Peg has earned a loyal following and shared stages with legends such as Pussy Riot, D.O.A., Meule, Denial of Life, Pleasure Venom & PyPy. As Brad Simm of Range warns, “Midnight Peg throw it down hard - mean, high-velocity, and razor sharp.”

IDIOFAME is a melodic punk band from Kelowna, BC, Canada.

The band has quickly honed in their sound as made evident on their latest release ‘RELEVANCE’ which makes an instant impact with its breakneck speeds, soaring melodies, and lyrical vulnerability. The extended play was recorded in March 2025 at Oodelally Recordings in West Kelowna by Jordan Chase and Colton Douglas.

Established in 2024, IDIOFAME has shared the stage with notable acts such as Calling All Captains, Moneen, A Wilhelm Scream and more.
